i don't understand why the spice girls, whose music was aimed at people as young as 4 (or younger) would make a really sad film clip, but its about Geri leaving, at the end of the clip you can see the Geri faerie fly away alone. It's symbolic. =) He lost a part of his childhood (in this case his best friend) and had to come to terms with it (hence the reason he was struggling with the rubix cube).

When the rubix cube was solved, he finally accepted the fact that his friend was gone forever....so he puts it in a plastic egg and throws it into the toy dispenser to join his other childhood memories.

The toy dispenser represents his mind and the plastic eggs are full of his memories.
