Are you just putting a grey base paint and then clear coats? Didn't you use a silver paint at all? Cause it looks f-in' beautiful, and kind of silverish to me...

They are such beautiful cars. Keep the body bare the way Ghia of Turin, Italy drew it in the first place. VW bought the design and stuck all of their exterior aluminum trim and strips on it. The first thing I did to mine was fill in all of the holes where the trim goes. It looks like this one had it done too.
