How to sit correctly in front of the computer

This is an excellent video. Often people don't sit properly which leads to back problems. Sadly, however, I would like to point out that the recommendations in this video are virtually impossible to respect because of modern expectancy. Teachers and employers give so much work that requires time on the computer. If one were to attempt to respect this "30 minute rule "he or she would find themselves with bad grades or would get fired.
