It should work with people who are slim, and looking to tone their waste and abs.. As for bigger people, sorry to tell you guys, but you have to run.. This thing is not a miracle machine.

@lilcrazyaznboy I work out and use the belt..and it just doubles the work out you do.. pretty good.. I use it mostly for hard to work areas.. like my upper leg muscles.. which always been my problem area.. and I agree.. over wieght people still need to do the sweat workouts to burn off the fat.. this little thing won't do it for you.

@str8soulja305 works great.. I love mine, but you too get the most out of it.. you still need to work out at least 3-4 days during the week.. for best effect.
