@muel0341 Have a listen to Hardenberger's 1984 recording on "The Virtuoso Trumpet" (Bis). That rendition changed everything about my playing instantaneously. HH's ability to control the air stream so completely and his interpretive abilities are beyond revelatory.
Intonation a little off in places - but musically, definitly the best recording of the intrada.
