You look at birchals car park these days when you go on the blockie route and there is noone, cops ruined it, but i must admit it is pretty derro to do blockies

I remember doing that about 20 years ago ,trouble is when you had gone around the block for the third time at night the cops would pull you over and ask what you were doing

Yeah its so shit! I never did any blockies, but everyone else did. BTW my car was THE fastest back in the day...when I unwittingly did a blockie...

haha, some people do it because they like people to think their cool. Thumping "sound system" and horrible cannons. But for the better part, it's good fun to meet up with mates, have a spin around the block and chat in the car park. Not much else to do this time of night unless you go out. It's better than sitting at home on the computer or watching TV.

I rarely do it now days.

Brings back memories! Was a great place to meet and hang out in times of old.

Till the government and cops fucked it all up with anti hoon laws...Showing my age, but I remember fri and sat nights in that place bumper to bumper cars and every car park was nearly full of so called "hoons".back when a good cook at the traffic lights was a $50 fine and no points..hahaha...Now People do fuck all in there. Shame. =(
