wow great video! Just found these and am super inspired. I can't figure out how my fingers should move though they keep getting tangled on the riffs. What is the proper way to move fingers up and down the scale for soloing?

You could actually change keys during the F minor 7 chord to F minor and use the f minor and just go back to C minor when you change chords. Those passing tones you use is parts of the blues scale.
