It's not easy accepting God into your heart... especially if you have been hurt as much as I have. You heart just turns to iron and you find letting anyone in, even God hard. I do honestly want to find God again, it's just really hard.
A nice song that pretty much tell you what to do. Just let go. That's all you have to do. We're all in the same boat, we all hurt. Let go of your pride, let go of everything and just let him guide you. Trust me.

I want God in my life so much but it doesn't seem to be happening. I'm so sorry for my sins. But the people around me don't seem interested in finding God and only seek material possessions. This isn't just some moral criticism but a very dangerous. I am learning people will destroy their lives to gain riches.
I do not know how to proceed and ask for God's guidance but I don't seem to know how to look for it. The Bible seems unclear to me and, frankly, not very helpful.
@taichibailongball I can totally relate...one thing is that we are babes until we can learn to walk in JESUS...find support who can lead you while you still need the milk and still struggle to understand...and keep reading the bible every day...even try reading the Psalms or the gospel for they are easier to understand...even Ephesians is such a blessing and just pray before you open HIS word...We must seek HIM as silver and fine gold and we WILL find HIM...do not be discouraged but persue HIM
one question... iv never understood... is Jesus and God the same person? or is Jesus simply the son of god?? where did God come from from in the place?.. the old testament is like a fairytale.. people living for 700years etc!! Is jesus is Gods son... then how did god have his son?.. iv read the bible and the God in the old testament is an angry god who does not like to be dis-appointed,, I thought god was meant to love us all, not be an angry god

The idea of the Trinity is that the Father, the Son (Jesus) and the Holy Spirit are all one and the same. They are different incarnations of the same God. Only God can be in more than one place at the same time. Only God can exist as more than one being at one time. They are one and serve as an example to creation in the blessedness of unity and love. We are to be as the Trinity and unite with God.
That is how it is at first. But you are on the right track. Now that you have recognized your wrong doings, the Devil is gonna do all that he can to bring you back to him. Keep pushing forward. Pray to God in Christ Jesus' name that he will protect you from the wicked ones.
