Both David and Ricky Nelson went to HHS. David was 2 years ahead of me and graduated in 1956. Ricky was in the W/58 class I think. The founder of the 4 preps (Bruce?) and one other guy were in the class of 56 also. They too put on some great assemblies for us. I didn't appreciate it at the time but I do now. Bruce has resurrected the 4 preps BTW with himself and one other original member and two new people. The other two original guys died several years back.

Wow...being he had some hit songs that school year 1957-58, plus being weel known from the Ozzie and Harriet show, I'm surprised he still went to a public school. Didn't some of the members from The 4 Preps graduate in that class too?

I believe he was in the winter class, 3 months ahead of us. I remember seeing him many times at assemblies though.
