@Trashfished We have 11 presses, 3 old 2 color 40 series, 2 L440 RP+C, 3 L540 RP+C, 2 S 840P's and one S 940P They are about half and half UV vs Conventional

I run what we all call the Cadillac, it gets all the big runs no more than 3 or 4 M/R a night. it's the only 4+1 unit that only runs UV ink on the RP, no UV coat to deal with!

It'll 12K even on bad paper, it is one of the best running feeders in the house.

@Fentanyl3 Sounds like a big shop compared to ours, Bad paper! LOL! I hope you dont get that all the time like we do. Half our battle is the stock. Wish we had your feeder here! Never really worked much with U.V. coating. Dont want to either if I can help it.

in der Theorie is alles super - aber in der Praxis siehts oft leider anders aus - möcht ich mal sehn wie er die Farbe nachfüllt bei 30.000 Bögen vollflächig Bilderdruck 135g - hahaha !! ob das noch so locker vom Hocker geht ?

Did you see how he struggled to flip the sheet onto the inspection desk? That's HUGE!

Imagine if it didn't have automatic plate hangers, and probably automatic blanket washers... Usually the bigger the machine, the less work YOU have to do (you think that dude is also loading paper?? Hah!)
