I always blink out of ground pound. Easier to avoid taking unecassary damage that way and helps your healer conserve mana on those pulls.

You need to Honored with the factions which you gain Rep from in the specific dungeons, and then you have to buy the Heroic Key from their Quartermaster.

The only addon I see there is quartz, I believe. It handles cast bars as well as buffs and debuffs you put on a target. It also has a weapon swing timer.

True. People trying to faceroll stuff like WOTLK, then blame the healer because he can't heal the huge amount of damage incoming. It's more of a problem after you wipe (happens way more than once) and people just give up instantly.

seems to only use Quartz, its an addon that mods your cast bar. when your cat gets into the red, you can hit your next spell to "que" it

The Sindragosa voice acting is pretty awful. They took a very cool looking boss and made it sound like a strung out crack addict. Seriously, how did someone sign off on that? Lady Deathwhisper is incredibly annoying as well. I wouldn't be surprised if they were both voiced by the same person.
