i just got a taxi home with a few mates and we saw something just like this... about 20 lights in the sky. i dont know what i saw and im not saying it was ufos. if anyone else saw them or knows what it was that i saw i would like to know. i know it sounds wierd but the whole way home there were people in the streets looking up. im in redditch btw. i was in headless cross at the time. one of my freinds said they looked like hot air baloons but it was cold, and do they go out at night?

I have seen something simmilar there were red and white lightsflashing quickly and it moved forward and back very quickly and stayed in more less the same region for few hours

yes stars dont move but the earth does when the earth moves it makes it look as if the stars are moveing but there not its the earth thats why during the course of the night it will change position in the sky!

What you are seeing is a group of stars. To the uploader, there is no movement. The only movement is created from you jerking your camera around while its zoomed in to give the illusion of the light darting around.

I can do much better by switching my bedroom light out and filming my bloody cd-players standby light.

i have also just seen red blipping lights, in lincolshire today for like 2 hours flicking on. one at a time, in a line, one after the last from like 6:45pm untill 8:45pm. what the hell is gone i have literally just seen this over the old leake area and the lights although in a line have gone futhur towards the south east now. I know these are not no lanterns. they may even come back later :P, anyone else in lincolnshire east of of Boston seeing this ???
