My personal belief is that only a person under demonic influence could ever do such a thing to a child. How could anyone ever excuse such acts? I never did go to far outside from my house when I was a kid. even I didn't go to amusement park. but I was a very good and fast football player. and I was very strong than other kids. it means that kids must not go to the outside without parents until age 12 or 15. my mother knew the world is very bad and unfair. they kill any people who look weak or very poor. and my mother never trusted TV.

I believe there was a teenager who was babysitting with the little girl but she must have let her go back to her apartment by herself to get some drinks. That shows you how quickly this happened.
