Lloyd was probably the most vengeful, righteous boss in video gaming history, and he was the most ass-kicking class in any Fire Emblem game. It never got better than the Swordmaster in FE7 and FE8: Sacred Stones; their animations were amazing, they had an air of prestige and skill about them that they lose in the later games and they were so brutally efficient, seeming as any critical hit-based weapon would kill basically anything they were fighting on the first turn.

I agree with you, they are such a terrific class, my second favourite class indeed, and my favourite character, is one of them, the Sword Demon (the Sword Saint later), I love his personality (not the fact that he killed his family, but that's another deal :P) and in battle, just the best for me.

This music is so epic, but at the same time it's also really sad. It's like the music is telling the player that you're about to kill someone innocent who does not deserve to die, and you have no choise. And then when it plays when you face all the bosses again before Nergal...

@Deadheartsdie Ursula deserved it as she knew Nino was going to be killed. She was the most evil of the four really, Lloyd, Linus and Brendan never really did anything wrong though. They were more caught up in a greater evil that directed them against the other good guys.

@Deadheartsdie Um... it plays for Llyod and Linus. They may only be following the orders of the Black Fang/their father, but they're by no means 'innocent'. Hell, if they had left Eliwood and his posse alone, they would have survived, most likely.

I almost tear up every time I hear that, cause you get the feeling at that point, that he believes Eliwood is in the right, but since the fang has been corrupted and his brother and father are dead-odds are, he believes that they weren't by the hand Eliwood or his allies-and no other way, he decides to kill them.

I love this track, its more subtle than the original fang theme but still carries a sinister tone... Ah what a great game FE 7 was!

Then again, I like the "Victory Now!" track later-game than in Lyn's tale or the beginning levels of Hector / Eliwood, because they remind me of cool bosses like Cameron and Maxime.
