Oh wow, that's a neat idea. I've been looking for a way of doing mine. I just recently got a child bike trailer, and was planning to turn it into a cargo trailer. The clamp hitch is missing, so I've been thinking of ways to do a hitch. How much weight have you been able to pull with your's? If you wouldn't mind, could you send me the plans and materials as well? I've seen some hitches listed on the internet, but they go for about 25 bucks. Not too bad, but your idea is even cheaper.
