cool man i just got my first aqueriam a 3 gal i got tell me if i have to many fish/ i have 1 bala shark, one gold fish,two angel fishes, and 4 tiger barbsd
@cesankDuB That is the worst combination of fish I have ever heard of. The gold fish will die, they are cold water fish not tropical water. Bala shark needs at least a minimum of 10 for just baby size. The angels will get bigger and then die due to not enough vertical space and the tiger barbs are the only fish you should keep. If i were you I would take those all back before they die. Trust me I have had my fair share of tanks. I have a 55 gallon, 29 gal., 10 gal. and two 5 gals.
@cesankDuB depends if you have good areation, live plants and enough swimming room. you should be fine. I have +42 fish in my 55 gallon. with over +15 watersprite and frogbit and growing ungodly fast.

I have 1 Cyan Hap, 2 convicts, 8 gouramis, 12 tigerbarbs, 2 black skirts, 2 plecos(1 common, 1 albino bn), 1 molly, 1 cory, 20 feeder gold fish for my convicts and hap. they are slowly decreasing in number due to being eaten lol.
@PotatoMasher1234 i have some bala's, i noticed that thy only try to jump if they get realy aggitated, got one around 15cm or more that my gf mom gave to me since it was growing to big for her aquarium and i heard it jump against my top cover but thats it xd
@deathcoreFTW999 ya, well i already got some barbs and 3 rainbow shark (i got a 50 gal. with a lotta foliage and lots of territories) I might get a 20 gal, move the rainbows, then get some balas for the 50. :) thanks i really wanted to know cause my hood is kinda flimsy and i dont want them either breaking the hood, getting electrocuted, injuring themselves, or simply jumping out onto the floor

Take the dead fish out right away, all fish scavenge, more often than not its bad for them to eat a corps.

Fishifyer is right. Irredescent shark. Very cool fish but be aware.. grows pretty large.
