Careful - the B12 in sea veggies are actually analogues, so their BLOCK the real B12 from being absorbed by your body.

I am have been eating Dulse for years and making DLTS...I like your variation. I love avocados. Does Dulse have Astaxanthin?
Astaxanthin is supposed to be in red marine algae or micro algae.

Thanks for the recipe. Usually make wraps with Nori Sheets and veggies, but going to try this one as haven't had Dulse yet.
