First off, I'm a Giant fan going back to the 70's. This is awesome. We cant gloat too much. That SF defense played one hell of a game. They gave our offense a much harder time than I expected. I mean they manhandled Eli and covered our receivers great. With that said, Eli showed incredible guts and heart. Just the fact that he didnt turn it over shows some of that. What a difference from last season.Uggh I was at the collapse vs Philadelphia. Lets Go Giants! 1 more win! You Can Dooo Eeet!

Actually I did see quite a lot of holding by the giants whatever tho I'm sure every team does it when they think they're getting caught and Niners D was playing better the entire 2nd half the last 2 scores giants got were on the muffed punt and the fumble right after the D stopped the Giants in overtime. Turnovers are part of the game but I still think the Niners D is better remember that Giants ass rush? I don't cuz all I saw was Eli getting sacked 6 times and hit way more

Reasons giants won vs packers:

1. 3 weeks of no actual football games will make you real rusty in the playoffs

2. Packers defense couldn't make a tackle, that's why they are 32nd defense in the league .

3. Packers can't(and couldn't) deliver pressure with a decent enough backfield to have 7 back and 4 rushing, 49ers can.

4. Alex Smith is a way better qb than Eli Manning in terms of interceptions and fumbles, along with the clutch as you saw in our game vs the saints.
