LOL, recon doesnt have a code, you will need to complete vidmaster challenges from halo 3 and odst, and link your gamertag with bungie, once you completed those achievements, your bungie account will have a button that says "get recon" you click that and the armor will be downloaded to your xbox! @screemitup898 dude the reason why you get recon right away is because in reach you are a spartan that already 'proved his worth' per say, and in reach getting permutations is different, there are more Spartans and reach was the Spartan hub so getting permutations should be easy... plus it was a sails pitch by Bungie
