I thought this couldn't possibly be true. To prove to myself that I would not feel a difference I stopped drinking tap water. A month ago I started using only water from the vending machine at the supermarket. No soft drinks, no Starbucks, no tap water period.

I feel SO much clearer mentally. The headaches I was getting daily went away. My joints stopped aching. I have more energy and stronger sex drive.

I encourage anyone who is interested in this to try this experiment for themselves.

I've always wondered why the Japanese are so smart. Probably one of the reasons is that they don't poison there own water supply with this crap. I'm thinking about maybe living there for some time. I just love their hard-working attitude and culture in general. It's a shame what happened over there, but i'm sure they'll get back on their feet. :D

The only fluorine I could get is from other types of food which would be minimal compared to someone who has it in their water and brushes their teeth with it.

Firstly, fluoride is filtered by the kidneys just as chloride etc is. They are not heavy metals and so do not have a kind of static "build up" as you imply.

Secondly, fluoride exists as 0.1-1 parts per million (ppm), NOT the 0.2-3/8% you suggested. You are out by a factor of, at best, 2000. Unless you meant the percentage as a % of weight or volume, in which case I will respond in kind.

Sodium Flouride isnt even good for your teeth, Originally it was found that people drinking water with traces of CALCIUM flouride had stronger enamel. Authorities decided SODIUM flouride would do and was more readily available as a side-product of industry. However this dosent have the same effect as Calcium Flouride.
