If you want to take this clip as racism, go ahead. Everyone has the right to have his own opinion. But racism is (not only according to me, but also to many dictionaries) a hate, or similar feelings, towards another kind of people (another race, ("rac(e)-ism"). There is nothing at all in the Swedish Chef-videos that would suggest a hatred towards Swedes. Therefore, this is not racism. Sure, they are joking about Swedish stereotypes, but that is by far the same thing as racism.
