Traditionally Cambodian/ Thai and many other Southeast asian men wear "skirts" which is known as a "SARONG", cambodian men traditionally wear a KRAMA which has many uses from headwear, scarfs, carrying babies, carrying food, as belts and even as clothes. My dad wears it at home after he takes a shower from work before he goes to bed. It's not girlie, it's practical as a way of keeping cool from the heat and letting everything "breath".
I'm a recent College Graduate from the University of Houston (Go Coogs!!!).I've never heard any foreigner speak Cambodian before and fluently at that. I think it is amazing, you speak better Cambodian than many Americanized young Cambodians and to be able to sing a Cambodian song much props brother. I've read all of the comments that was written, & there's a few negative ones; don't pay any mind to them.
It's great to see foreigners take the time to learn our language and culture and share it with those around them. It's a "FUN" video not meant to harm or offend any one/ culture.
