It does look really wierd, but I think it's a tree. It's a good little video though, wish we could see it in higher quality. If you look for a moment it looks like a person, and then in the next few frames it looks like a tree as you can see the "arms" are actually little short branches.

The tree story would be convincing. I thing that it would actualy be a ghost mostly by the way that it is mostly not being hit by light and the color. Also The color does go through the image wich is more credible. The image is more likely a woman but I stopped it in a different spot and it seemed like a preist... unfortunately I could only pause it to that spot once... so I have no good proof.
