clearly you need to jailbreak your iphone. its the only way of getting cydia.

In my keyboard selection I only have Japanese Romaji and Japanese Ten Key! Neither of these will give me the smiley icons! Got any suggestions? My friend has them but I can't get them!

@DBestRealtor It actually adds a keyboard called Emoji to the list. Add that instead of the Japanese one and you'll be good to go.
