Hm? Homebrew app to download DLC? No such thing is necessary. Just pop in the regular planetweb browser (or for you, DreamKey), go to online consoles (dot) com, and download them there.
@alec1382 Of course that is possible, but most people do not have internet by way of phone line anymore and a Dreamcast high speed modem costs far too much. The VMU Tool CD is far more easy and you get every single download immediately. No need to load web pages ;)
I've been playing a bootleg version of this game for 10 years now, I never saw it on sale where I live. I'm going to order it this summer for some birthday celebration :)

@alec1382 I'm going by the fact that I'd imagine many people don't have their Dreamcast connected online anymore.

I spent an entire summer playing this just to get all the A emblems.
This was the game that justified the modern sonic Ranking system as a way of greatly improving sonics replay value.
$50 well spent in 2001.
