@sync380 THE BEATLES was a Saturday morning cartoon on ABC between Sept. 65 & Sept. 67. There were a lot of teen shows like UPBEAT where artists would appear with their unplugged instruments & sing without mikes. Yeah, the term was "lipsinque". It was corny but still fun (at the time) to watch. Some tried to look authentic while others, like the Turtles or Paul Revere & the Raiders would clown around & treat it as a big joke.

Actually, this is probably what would have happened if 'The Beatles' cartoon series had continued that long. Budgets would have been tightened, and stock footage from earlier episodes would have been used to pad out the entry, much like the later 3 Stooges shorts. A wonderful send-up all around!

On the contrary, Paul did indeed sing lead -- Ringo did not actually participate on this track at all! Better learn your Beatle-voices and facts! And this was not depicting Paul as lead-guitarist, anyway, just because he was singing it.

I think the work you put into this video is fantastic! The editing skills required to rework these clips into one that actually convinced me that it was a real episode are enormous. The only things that gave it away were the drastic changes in sound quality and weird changing accents and music that came in from nowhere.

However, I think it really shows how much effort you put into this. I am very impressed!
