really, mid evil plate armor as the witchblade transformation with a classic long sword? lame as hell compared to the anime version and shameful to the knights of old who actually wore that tipe of armor. major disappointment
@sraven97 Well read the actual comics and get perspective on the source material before you compare one decently faithful adaptation (in terms of character and the feel of the show.) to one that has nothing to do with it (the anime.)

Its so hilarious how those that haven't outgrown cartoons hate this show over the cartoon version. They are soooo afraid of real live women....even those that are on TV.
I dislike the Witchblade anime a lot. Especially in comparison to this show. The anime never even alluded to Jackie Estacado. This show would have definately had a great 3 way battle between Angelus, The Darkness, & The Witchblade if they had let it run long enough.
I was glad they managed to not oversexualize the character/wielder the way that the Japanese (and some of the comics) did. It was nice to see the wielder as something more than boobs and organic metal.
this show was awesome but they pulled the plug cause Yancy was arrested and forced into rehab for alcohol.. at least thats what I read.. I hope they bring it back.
