The recoil is not that bad even though I don't have a fitted recoil pad. After about 20 rounds, my shoulder does get a little tender but I shoot Winchester CPX3's which are the only available at walmart less than $40 per box. The shot group is within 1/4 inch at 100 yards depending on how steady you can hold the weapon. At 300 yards, the shot group for me is about a 4" diameter. I am still working on that :p It is a very powerful weapon and I anticipate the shot alot.
Very cool. I'd like to ask how do you find the recoil of the Stevens 200 in .300 Win Mag? What type of groups are you getting and have you done anything to lighten the trigger and have you fitted a recoil pad? Many thanks!
