It is not possible. The Russians went back in time to a point after Einstein got rid of hitler, but before his assistance with allied tech development; their main goal anyway. However, there was only one person that knew what Einstein did; his lab assistant. Which I would like to assume was the Russian scientist in RA3, which would explain why he knew how to make a time machine.

Looks like Empire is going to have a pretty unmatched navy in the new expansion. Those giga fortress double as anti-air and a base cracker, with the shoguns and cruisers paired together, they'll pretty much take down anything the allies or the soviet throw at them.
