Just love to see that A-26. What an awesome airplane. It had everything, speed, agility, firepower, range, adapability. The best medium bomber ever built.
The tigercat pilot goofed on the landing gear check. That must have been embarresing when you fly a rare multi million dollar bird and you cant follow a simple landing checklist, but then again this guy is so good he does'nt need one.
Thank you for posting plane videos without stupid rock music that so many other people use in their plane videos. Nothing sounds better than the music from the radial or 12cyl Merlin engines. I've always loved the Heikels but never heard one. It sounds like twin Mustangs or ME109's.
GREAT video... I had to laugh (nervously, though) at the Tigercat's approach (one of my all-time favorite planes, btw). Great to see this wide array of WWII aircraft all in one video. Thanks for posting this video.

The Heinkel crashed a few years back. All crew and aircraft destroyed. Another sad end to a very rare warbird!!

@bas0704 no im afraid there isnt, but theyre is a handful of the merlin powered variants :D
Ezza190 1 year ago
@Ezza190 I believe you are correct. I spoke to the pilot at the time and he DID say the engines were Merlins.

Bilbommer, agreed completely. He's lucky he didn't scrape the tarmac with the prop blades first.
