@kelkel55 apparently they did find an unethered exploit for that iOS but never released as there is one for 4.3.3 and you may as well not update, and they didnt want to waste an exploit on such a small update

yes, it will get rid of all the limitations of a semi untethered. Hopefully you didn't download too much on Cydia. It's really up to you. If you dont want to constantly reboot with redsn0w then do it! Hopefully this helps :)
