Ok, so if I Upgraded without having Logic Studio installed do I need to go back to Snow Leopard install Logic Studio then Re Install Lion in order to get it working???
Would really like to hear your thoughts on this!

@AloneinFiction depends if you do a fresh re install, if not and your loading from a time machine backup... it will be exactly the same i think.
Although today i acidently selected the logic app icon on my dock and it opened immediately.
