To get twins use the fertily treatment it's a life time reward 10,000 points

And I had twins that's 1 girl and 1 boy :) this always works (used cheat works with any game) and I tried now and I had 3 girls it's so hard taking care if them I would of preferred 2 kids :-|

Heh, it's funny, I'm a beginner Simmer, and the first babies my first Sim had were twins! Pretty lucky, huh? :) All I did was watch kids' tv and listen to kids music, and read 1 pregnancy book! My sim is married to Parker Langerak, so I take care of the Langerak family. Dustin is dead now, and I'm getting Kaylynn and that blond guy (Bunch's his last name) married. Anyways, I got the twins to the toddler age stage, and that's precisely when my computer died on me. So now they're babies again >:(

I havent played the sims in a long time but i think theres a "lifetime reward" that gives you a higher chance of having twins or triplets. i got that and every time my sim got pregnant she had twins.

if yall want twins or triplets just get your sim pregnant....then red those pregnancy books go to the doctor, but the best way to have twins is make your pregnant sim watch the kiddie channel on tv or listen to kids music all the time and its guaranteed twins
