  • Gory bed or victory...all Scots take notice!!!!

  • ALL THE GAEL WERE UNITED BY ONE SIMPLE TREAD..LANGUAGE

  • I believe nedo3365 meant to say "Scots Wha Hae" uses the tune from the traditional song "Hey Tuttie Tatie." It is "Hey Tuttie Tatie" that, according to legend, was played at Bannockburn and the Siege of Orleans.

  • the Scottish grasp patriotism better than the English :P

  • @tyuru2 but yet we speak in english........

  • Wha hae = Who have

    Wham = Whom

  • What does `Wha hae ¨mean please ?

  • @hwes1 Who have

  • Fantastic

  • Beautiful song in the amazing frame of Edinburgh in the '60 ties. Thank you for posting this video.

    Scotland Forever

  • such a simple yet profoundly symbolic video.....one of the best I have seen

  • Sends a shiver down my spine every time i hear Scots wha hae.

    Those words.....

You can hear the pride for our once proud nation resonate from them.

Burns, the Ploughman Poet, was truly a genius.

You can take our lives, But you cannae take our poet!

  • At 2.00 you see the side of the Old Scottish Parliament. Better than the Puppet "Parliament" at Holyrood.

  • This song symbolise the friendshîp between scotland an France. It was singing by socctish in the battle of bannoockburn in 1314 and by scottish volunteers during the battle of orleans with joan of arc

  • @nedo3365

Which, at the time, was considered one hell of a feat, since the song was written by Robert Burns, long after both events you mentioned.

  • @nedo3365 the old alliance :)

  • Burns, The Corries and horses... three things I really love

  • Sean Connery delivered milk in this street

  • This is the true national anthem of Scotland. Flower of Scotland is only used so the Brits won't feel uncomfortable about oppressing the Sovereign nation of Scotland.

  • still looking for nigel denvers rendition its goood

  • Forget Flower Of Scotland! THIS should be our Anthem!

  • i can tell you it was filmed in Edinburgh, they rode out of Holyrood Palace and rode up to the Castle, we call it the Royal Mile

  • @babbi43 From the palace of Holyrood where our Kings once resided,up the Royal Mile where our parliament once sat,to the castle where the honours of Scotland are kept.

  • @BillDFC We have no honour as long as we are dependant on an English Parliament! Scotland free or a desert

  • @jockinabox I agree. The spirit of WALLACE will never die!
