Hi millstap, thanks for the demo. I just baught a 58 fender delux and wanted to know if mic 1 - instrument 2 be done on this one two? it does have the same inputs so i guess it probably can but is it worth giving it a try?
@downwithpants1 Great amp. Jumping should work but honestly you probably don't need to bother with it unless you really want to overdrive the amp. Let me know how it sounds.
@MrGodam29 Those are the capacitors, they're part of the circuit. The signal from your guitar goes through them. There are also resisters, but those are a lot smaller and harder to see here. The plastic knobs are attached to pots, the parts that actually control the amp. All of this is wired to transformers that power the amp, tubes, and a fuse. I think that there are 4 inputs on this amp, each with a different tone. The whole circuit goes out to speakers. This amp has 3 10" speakers.
@Happydays254 I'm not sure. I've never had the pleasure to hear a fuzz face. I think this amp will sound good with anything. I use my OCD with it all of the time. You can turn it up without anything and get a great overdrive.
@olaftheholy@olaftheholy This is the second porn comment I've had. I'm glad everyone appreciates these old amps. I am still improving on the sound that I am getting out of these amps so they really are a versatile tool in your quest for great tone. It is never ending. I just added an OCD which was a big improvement over my old Ibanes TS-808. Ideally, you just want to turn these babies up like they did in the old days. But, to save your hearing you have to use some type of box.
thats a wonderful amp to own, but just focus on how it sound in the vid. we can google specs whenever but how often do you get to hear these fuckers rip? that would defiantly be cool for those not lucky enough to own one.

@Happydays254 Like Hendrix if you have a Strat. I heard that he used tweed Fenders in the studio.
