  • i search neil zaza -.-

  • @Gersard14 i understand....me too^^

  • Hey man, I'm trying to figure the chords for this out on the piano, and I'm not very good, little help?

  • start with this: e, f#, g#, a

  • @JClayCast Where are you getting F# and G# from?!! Are we even listening to the same music lol???!

  • @BggProductions The video is slightly flat, but here are the first 10 notes in order:

    E, F#, G#, A, B, A, G#, E, F#, G#... (try it on a piano starting on middle E, trust me...) :)

  • @JClayCast Ah, foolish me I thouhgt you were talking chords. I should've seen that they're the first four notes, many apologies!

  • @JClayCast I must stop correcting people on Youtube while drunk lol thanks for not being a dick about it. Check out my vid of this theme if you like.

  • @BggProductions no problem - I tend not to be one of those hotheaded commenters. ;)

  • Very good attempt, you got the melody licked. Try barring the chords and playing the tune over the top, or at least plucking the root notes (A, E, C, etc.) and it will sound 10 times better.

Much respect for learning by ear.

  • thank you for the tips, I wasn't sure what the chord structure was.

  • No probs. I can mail the whole chord progression to you if you want.

  • you suck beyond beleif

  • thats beautiful

the music is so ........ amazing

  • spot on, good job dude, try it with the rythm pickup, i think it would sound better with less treble, but thats just my opinion.

  • dude thats actually very close, i like it the start sounded great but u should hav played along to the theme in the background itd b much more epic. gud job XD

  • You said the Randy Newman one was your worst yet...

  • just to be honest, its not that great. but i can tell youre just starting out and are well on your way to playing guitar awesomely if you can figure stuff like this out by ear. keep it up.

  • freakin sweet!

  • The original basis for the Fargo Theme was a Norwegian traditional hardanger fiddle tune called The Lost Sheep. The Coens probably heard Annbjorg Lien's version in the early

90s. The movie score version is utterly brilliant - try listening to Annbjorg's other stuff if you liked the Fargo music - pure magic by the way.

Good try guitar man - I like people who fearlessly try to nail down a musical supernova armed only with a humble axe. Respect.

  • not as bad as you make it out to be

  • my props to you and carter burwell (author of song)

  • AWESOME!!!!!!

  • Not bad, but you should add the chords.

  • yeah you're right, I should have.

  • I'd also suggest playing it without distortion.... It just doesn't fit the song.

  • Guitars make my ears bleed, but this is pretty good, because the 'Fargo' score is one of the best I've ever heard.

  • ah, the ludwig Van

  • Uh no way this is Beethoven. That's a music only created for Fargo soundtrack.

But it still kicks ass ^^

  • Baddabing!

  • Bravo!!!
