@o0k3vjn0o well, I had a vertical of 27 as a 13 year old, and when i got to 15 my vert was 29 inches, and I did AIR ALERT for 4 weeks and reached 32 inches, and now I have a 33 in standing vert and a 35 in running vert, but I decided to start Air Alert again.
