You can't play these games on modern shit controllers.... period. You need the Neo controller, because titles like KoM are awesome. Shame this compilation doesn't include Shock Troopers.

I like Top Hunter! I'd give it a B+, because it has a 3D esque enviornment, and leaves you with a warm feeling inside when you win the game. The downfall of the game is even though you can chose your own planet to start on, (like Megaman) the stages are kind of short. Another Downfall is the replay value. It has a few quirks of nostalgia, but the game is a tad easy (If you master Plane Switching) and ends a little too soon. Go Play it to the end, and you'll see it isn't a bad game!

Hey: I like 'Top Hunter' & 'Magician Lord'! And, 'King of Fighters 1994' may not have been the best in the series, but it has it's nostalgic moments.

Well, at least this version of SNK Arcade Classics for th Nintendo Wii doesn't run so slowly, like the PlayStation 2 version.

I think it was out of game or gamestation second hand, I didn't instantly realise how many games were on it untill I looked at the back! I knew it was a good deal! I like the fighting games but the football games good fun and metal slug it's got another like R-type clone, I like the old arcade games, I'm going to connect the wii to the internet download the old ninja turtles game for snes thats a good arcade conversion, and I bought Mad dog mgree for £13 today also! House of the deads next!

Execellent review couldn't agree more computer arcade games used to be about escapism, now the fighting are to realistic(MAD WORLD) as are the endless list of crappy soldier gamesand pointless games like the sims which I have never played and probably never will!

It's classic old school sweetness.

Great variety in monsters, cool music, and at the time 1990i t had some of the best graphics in the arcade.

If one grew up on the PS brand, it might not be for them however.

Overwell though enjoyed the review.

What's also cool is that the game is FreePlay, rather than giving you "one dollar in quarters" like the VC versions do.

BTW, you sure Metal Slug Anthology didn't use the Classic Controller? I thought it did. Well, I do know that it also used the Gamecube controller, since that what I used to play it with. Much smoother than playing it with the Wiimote if you ask me.
