done take this game literally, it was a way for city interactive to test their ballistic system and bullet cam. with the feedback they improved it in sniper ghost warrior and #2. Also in my view sniper ghost warrior was a pretty good game, even tough, the A.I sucked dick. however all these problems are because they used chrome engine, this has terrible A.I mechanics and in SGW2 these problems will be resolved due to Cry Engine 3.

after u start the game, open the task manger, right click on the game and "go to process"

right click on the process and "set affinity" and make the game only run on 1 processor core.

Probably the only thing missing for the sniper are 'windage' and being able to lean.

That being said, BattleField 2 does have a pretty nice bullet-drop and a fair selection of scoped rifles. And nothing beats shooting a real player instead of a stupid NPC.

Of course BF2 has no storyline, but you do earn medals and rank with online play. And there are numerous mods in which you can play the sniper role offline as well, if that's your thing or if you have a slow connection.
