  • Nice man i got 8gb of ram, quad core phenom at 2.8ghz 1gb vid card and 1 tb of hd and i got win 7 ultimits x64

  • i use Ubuntu , and i have a Athlon x2 435. with a 5770, and a 500GB drive. good luck with your fusion build, but i would wait for bulldozer because you have a good gpu.

  • My netbook in its current state is the 1999 equivalent to a Powerbook G3

I HATE GATEWAY!!!!! BUT I DO LOVE UBUNTU!!!! (WHY AM I YELLING)

  • @joshbot360 *2009 equivalent

  • Your computer just beat my computers ass an shitted on it LOL

  • @jugghead82 LMAO it doesnt cost much man i think i only paid $300 for this build

  • Aggghh so much hate for desktops in these comments! I won't be giving up my custom build anytime soon :)

  • @Aaronage1 LOL i see that...desktops are great for upgrading and just going nuts with

  • Oooo look forward to a video on your future Fusion box. Make sure you get 1866MHz DDR3 or higher, the GPU on Fusion benefits a lot from faster memory, anything lower than 1600MHz should be avoided IMO :)

AMD confirmed that a Black Edition Fusion chip is in the works at Gamescom, might be worth waiting for that since it's sure to overclock like crazy being 32nm :D

  • Glad to see you back. Did you find a new place? I am using a dinosaur of a PC. It has a Pentium 4 processor in it running at 2.62 GHZ, but still good graphics card.

  • 4gb of DDR3 1600mhz ram is £30 in the UK, i got my 8gb of G.Skill for £60.

lol i was half expect you to be rocking a floppy drive there.

What graphics cards are you running on Vipor?

I might go Bulldozer but idk this phenom II is still okay but the new intel 2500k smashes it in performance. I also want a new case but i cant justify buying a new one.

  • Running Ubuntu 11.04 on the Acer Aspire L100 :)

  • Love the coo coo clock! LOL

  • nice pc i love pc its like a car you can sup it up

  • LIke ps3moonlight I think my last desktop I put together will be it for me.

Laptops even in the $350 dollar range run circles around my desktop which was top of the line a few years back.

What are you using in Linux for video editing now?

  • @suburbanryder openshot

  • It's good to see ya back man! :)

Ohh and thank for making me realize just hoe much of a dinosaur my PC is lol

  • @NamcoX88 LMAO

  • Awesome i actually have a couple things in my shitty pc that is better then what you have. Lol. Of course i don't have a quad core or well anything. The only thing i've upgraded is the stupid video card. Nice pc! I remember your last vid about this. Wasn't it titled exactly the same to?

  • @TheUnbiasedGamer yea i might of showed this before but some things were changed since the last time

  • @vipor29 Yeah i didn't realize thel video you're responding to was a second response to your old video.

  • @ps3moonlight No they sure aren't for most people who don't do video editing or need mass storage or a media server. Anyone who does hardcore PC gaming is also going to want a desktop as the performance is much higher than a notebook too. But once again PC gamers are a niche in their own. Professional video editing you want a desktop. Even pro Mac users using Final Cut would use a Mac pro if they are doing video editing professionally. The performance blows any imac or macbook pro.

  • It's about time! Hahaha just kidding. But you didn't actually show in your PC. Too much of a PITA? Awwwww come on Viporman! Ohhh fine. It's better than nothing! You're right though for games in XP or Linux 3GB is probably plenty fine. I'm just running 4GB on Windows 7 64-bit and it's fine.

  • @ps3moonlight Do you have over 4TB of redundant storage in your laptop or tablet? No I didn't think so. I use my PC as a media server too. Do you have dual monitors with HDMI and 1080p resolution on your tablet? Nope. Surfing big websites still sucks on a small screen. Not to mention you can't REALLY do video editing on a tablet and you shouldn't even bother doing it on a notebook either. I don't know about you but it depends what you want to do and I'm not getting rid of my desktop.
