I have a 270 also and that would be a great deer gun my 22-250 is my faverit all around gun i have tuns of realoding stuff for it and its fun to shoot its a fast gun to i can load it to shoot 4200 ft per secont but in the wind its not the best gun to use because its only a 55gr slug and the wind drags it pritty far off target but its fun i ushaly use moly coated vmax slugs it works well for me.

A 243 is a very good choice use a 55-80 balistic tip and you will rock anything you hit

I was wondering when someone would end up saying something about that! I was shooting the camera from above my brother, and this was not the skyline shot it appears to be. There is a knoll immediately behind this rock pile that my angle doesn't show - still may not have been the best choice shot choice, but we'll stand by our decision to shoot. Thanks for watchin'.
