Alot of people seem to just like Bridgette more but I think both have something to offer to the story. B's more of the shadow of her sister. Ginger's like her protective, (but manipulative in some ways) guardian. She had a strong outer personality while B developed a stronger one on the inside and both in the sequel. I don't really want to blame Ginger though. There was a part that liked it, but even B had trouble and it was something that took control. They were both unfortunate victims.

Well there have been some films where the prosthetics looked even better, but this is definately one of the best uses of it. No CG or anything. And for Katherine to be able to cope with all the slow tedious work that had to be done and all the effects it had on her, she really gave a terrific performance. The prosthetics were great though. They made it really look like her face.

Some people who watch this might only really like B and hate Ginger, but I like them both. Each just shows a different sort of strength. I actually feel bad for Ginger cause she had a pretty tough life. First she's the high school outcast with fighting (and annoying) parents, and Jason just basically had sex with her and went to boast to his friends.
