  • This is my favorite Rifleman vid, looks great. This Enterprise to me looks like a a follow on to the NX class from ENT, almost like the original Constitution Class should have looked this way because you can see the lineage in the design. What is the music you used? For me it makes the video.

  • While I much prefer the "JJ-Prise"(which I think is still very disrespectful to Ryan Church who designed the bloody thing) I still like Gabe's Enterprise. And I do NOT think that JJ Ruined Star Trek. Anyone that says that he killed Gene's dream is ignoring the fact that Gene's wife worked on the movie before she died and Gene's son said that it was true to Gene's vision.

  • I do prefer Gabe's design to the "JJ-Prise", this one stays much more true to the original design :) However, I do see where JJ was going, as he said "In the 60's the Enterprise looked and felt futuristic, but now we have to make it look futuristic for the audience of today"

  • Excellent vid as usual. I would have much rather seen this than the JJ-prise if they were going to change the exterior. But what I was really looking forward to was seeing the original 1701 as we know it on the big screen with all of the glorious detail that would have been possible.

  • Oooh, that's a stunner, it's a tough call though!! What one's better, the JJ-prise or this one?? Ummmmm.......

  • People still dig my Enterprise! Wow... thanks everybody!

  • Original and the refit are my choice. However this one at least retains feel of the original ship and doesn't look like an off-kilter turkey like JJ's ship

  • I guess I could have lived with that Enterprise.

Still prefer the orignal or the refit, but it's so much better than this sorry excuse for a Starship JarJar Abrams presented to the world.

  • Your have your moments coyote!

  • Another good one.

  • This is much better than the JJ-Prize. A shame this wasn't used because it has enough of TOS and Refit Constitution Class to be at home with the Star Trek Universe.

I wouldn't want to be associated with the reboot. All canon was loaded into a cannon and fired into the sun. The JJ-Prize fits in that horrible film.

  • @AmericanRaven1 Fix the characterizations of Kirk, Spock, and Uhura, replace Nero with a classic style Romulan, nix the lens flares, slow the pace up-- excepting combat, of course, and make the phasers *ray beams* and the torpedoes slower firing, with a much bigger yield, and show the in-ship tech as "imperfect" in appearence. If they had done THAT, I would have been deleriously happy after the Nemesis Failure- even if they had stupidly used the exact model of the 1965 Enterprise.

    They didn't.

  • This is a nifty-neato super cool look for the ship, but that's it. Looks more for show than any utilitarian purposes. That aside, Rifeman, you did good with it. Much prefer your stuff over most others'.

  • wb rifle :)

  • Better than the Edselprise, that's for sure; they still should have used the original.

  • Damn Great that ur back man, certainly missed ya vids!!!! Welcome back bro!!!!!!

  • Glad you're back! Great job as always!

  • The return of a legend and im not talking about the Enterprise, great to see you back RifleMan! Great vid, great score and a nice design, still prefer NCC-1701-A though.

  • What a wonderful vid showing off Gabe's work! Room enough for both this one and the JJprise, I say. Gabe's take on the Big E seems a lot more workmanlike than Ryan Church's does. More, ahem, blue collar. Great job on the vid.

  • A beautiful video, am so pleased that you are back. Pleased as I am with the animation, the new ship is not a patch on the refit Enterprise. Still its far, far better than the abortion that is the JJ Prise.

  • While I'll admit the 2009 Enterprise did eventually grow on me, This design should have been what we saw instead. Great job on the video RifleMan80, you truly are a master of these videos.

  • Are you for Hire?

  • Good to see ya back. Keep up the vids they are excellent. Nice one

  • Great vid as always.

I'm not a fan of this design though. The proportions are good, but the design asthetic is just not right to me. It seems more like a tank or battleship than an explorer. But then, I'm one of the few that kinda digs JJ's Enterprise...I wish the nacelles were further apart, but I like it all the same.

    Thanks for a new vid!

  • 1) YES, HE"S BACK.

    and

    2) Very nice video man, loved it

  • I have onlyy 2 nitpics with this Enterprise

    1) The front of the Engineering section seems too square...

    2) The ship is too damned big...

But having said that, I would have loved the new Star Trek if it had this Enterprise in it...

  • @EliteCaptainGadget

    1) YOU SEEM TOO SQUARE!

  • Once again.....Great job!

  • epic totally epic

  • Much better than the JJ-prise.

  • Still prefer the refit, but this is certainly a respectable Enterprise. There's just something about the forward engineering section that looks off...too square.

Either way, it's great to see you back Rifle! Thumbs up and fun video as always!

  • wonderful

  • My my, she is indeed a beauty, but I still prefer the Connie refit. And it's good to see you back.

  • You should do MadKoiFish's Enterprise...if anyone's released it for ST:BC

  • she's a beauty

  • rifleman lives

  • That is more canon than either ent or 2009. Nice job.

  • "And all I ask is a tall ship a star to steer her by!"

  • at least gabe's enterprise looks like the enterprise. When i saw the new ship in theaters i was like how the hell did the ship look so melted together.

  • Wow...nice vid of both those lovely ladies flying side-by-side...

  • good to have you back!

  • YOU'RE BACK!

    =D

  • NICE to see you back!

  • excellent.! what music are you using?

  • A WILD RIFLEMAN APPEARS!!!! Sweet work dude, good to have you back!

  • That's not the jj-prise...it's too proportionate!

  • very slick and very sweet. nice job, man!

  • Very nice!! This IS how it should've looked! =D

  • I would of loved for it to have looked like that, much better then the Hollywood one.
