awesome battle! i love that jungle-like board very much, the landing-platforms fit in very well and the colours of both armies match the theme of the board. i really like the overall looks of that table, it almost looked like a film or something.

What's that TRUKK!? My Orks are fighting to see it close up! Also, I love the table with the double landing pads. I am stealing that idea for my table! Great game. Surprised Bugs got creamed, but it happens. just as a trial you should try running gargoyls (even if you use gaunts as placeholders)

apparently they a good bang for there buck and a squad of 30 can tak out around 11 marines with a shoot > assult.

also, i dont know if your tervi can have it, but acidic blood could have saved it.

side note: have you tried geanstealers w/ outflank yet?

all the new nid stuff is pushing drop pods dep strikes and outflanks.

wow! The landing pads turned out amazing. I'm so glad you guys went back to doing a bunch of terrain. I dont know if you ever really stopped but it just seems like the videos went through a phase that was less terrain and more silliness. I love the silliness but I like terrain more. But get those little heart counters out of there!!! They look like cookies and they absolutely RUIN the look of the game! They might as well have kitten faces on them!!!

obviously due to his special rule which confers his WS, Bs putting him with warriors is optimal but he IS a indepedent char. so his role is any unit that needs him most...

@228zip Actually i've found the best use is with a squad of Zoanthropes in a pod. They land, if they're safe from CC, he detaches and owns some guys solo. If they need help, he can slaughter most units alone with Lash / Sword.

Dual Swords in a unit of Warriors with lash whips and bone swords is the best way to go for that
