I rode this when it first opened many years ago. I actually never really remember getting all that wet on the ride. The wettest I got was on the observation deck and an empty car came down.

wait... that makes it look like its a couple feet tall when you go down... ITS NOT!! but the ride is fun even tho its super hot inside and then you come out and get wet, but sometimes you dont get very wet at all. you get REALLY wet if you stand in the part where the water splashes.. off the ride

rode this four times in a row there were no lines so we went i the front every time didnt even get wet just got mist haha but i guess that because we were the only ones in the ride ever time :) hahaha i was a break from the Griffon for me 2 i hope i go next week with my bro iv been 2 now! with my school and with friends.... i loved this ride so much!!!!!!!!!! i was in the front and we got soaked haha and the falling thing scared me but the fire was soooooooo cool! and it IS really hot in there and its so cool when the doors open and you go falling down and get wet haha <3 busch gardens!!!!!!!!!!! :D

One of th ebest rides ever! The pyrotechnics are amazing and scary as hell! You really feel a lot of heat coming form the flames while you'r eon the ride. It feels liek you're going to catch on fire yourself.

I really enjoyed this one a lot. It was really gentle and campy, so after doing Griffon all day, it was a nice way to chillax. Once you get in there, it gets super hot, and at the end, the huge splash of water is a great way to cool.
