I thought Rage's outburst that Liv stole Gus's heart was because he still partially blamed her for Gus's death (what with him driving erratically getting her a new heart from the 5 & dime). I also thought it was because he saw Liv as now stealing his mother from him as well. This made me think that his "you're going to be alone" speech was actually him subconciously expressing his fear of being alone when Nat stops wiping his arse. But then I realised that Rage is just not that deep!

Olivia scoffing at "good guy" made me giggle. Her not slapping Frank for saying the 'family that's wrong' not so much. Olivia only wears her badass shades when she wants to be badass & hide the fact that she's been crying. She's issuing a challenge to Natalia: Dare you to love me, push Frank & Creepy Cooper Clan away & show me how you could love me. I'm pretty sure she's hoping for a repeat outcome of the wedding cos Natalia will keep choosing Olivia every single time.
Frank is the god guy! He is actually one of the persons who se how much Olivia loves Nat, he even says it; you really are in love with here!! And is not the first time he sees that! It is normal that he is not to trilled to hear about Nats planes to be with Olivia and raise his child with here. Face it; he got DUMPED, and that alone is painfull, top that with the fact that he got dumped for another woman,his pride got hurt ass well. So in my book Frank is not that bad! He IS the good guy!
All I know is that Natalia is wooing Olivia, trying to win her back, and telling pretty much everybody that she want to be with her and not Frank that she wants to be with...it might take a couple of days.
frank and rafe both think olivia is selfish but, in this story they are the only people being selfish. Frank for wanting to marry nat even after he knows that he will be tied to her forever(because of the child) and Rafe for wanting to have a normal family after being denied one growing up. They both claim to love natalia but, they choose not to hear and abide by any of her wishes.

Natalia clearly sees that she has her work cut out for her, and that it is not going to be as easy as she thought to implement her "Plan". My guess would be that she is just going to give up on Rafe and Frank and not waste any more effort on them, but concentrate on getting Olivia back. And is Emma the only person in Springfield who has their act together? When she saw Nat she just got right to the heart of the matter. "Are you ok?" She has known how to handle this since day one.

The way I see it, we're doubling up on the WoD arc.Where Frank was an absolute unseeing, inconsiderate tool, and Liv was trying to scheme Nat into his arms, cause she thought she was doing the right thing.Nat was very malleable.Rafe very supportive.And everything was unspoken.

Hmm, I think, Monday's and Tuesday's eps were the "Arias of Nats return".And Dude, did I have high expectations, and was completely blown away.Stuttering mess.
I think Wednesday's ep was more of a rezitativ, moving the plot along, setting up the stage for the next scenes.
JL said in an interview, that Natalia was only hit full force with the realization of the difficulties ahead, when she talked to Rafe.
So, I'm very excited to see how this goes in the next days.
I hope, everything will be OK for Otalia. The writers are just exploring the "a baby needs a father" thing, like they were exploring "a woman needs a loving husband" thing. By the way, the argument "I would give almost everything to have a father" from Rafe is quite a strong one. But I hope Olivia can be better than a father for Natalia's baby. Because there will be love and protection and happy family.

Since she left Oliviva without a word, she should have thought : what if.. Olivia is mad at me and doesn't want me back?...
I think that Frank finally realized that Olivia really does love Natalia and that SHE is the one for Nat. He is FINALLY going to be "The Good Man" that he has been hyped up to be, and convince Olivia to forgive Nat. He will also convince Rage to accept Natalia and Olivia's relationship...that my prediction.

My only defense of Rafe--selfish boy that he is,is that he was in prison during the blossoming of otalia love and as such he did'nt get to see how happy Olivia has made his mother . Also,he has'nt seen how much loving Natalia has changed Olivia for the better. Maybe if he had been present over the past year he might not have felt so shocked. Anyway,as we know ,from the past,Natalia is quietly persistent. Nothing-not Rafe-not anyone--not even the goddess herself, will keep her from her soul mate.
You could see in the gazebo confrontation yesterday that Olivia kept putting physical distance between her and Nat co she knew that she would cave if Nat touched her (she almost did before Jellybean came over). Now Olivia is using Frank as a physical obstruction to increase that distance. Its not about love, that's undeniable between the two, but its about Liv protecting herself from further hurt. She doesn't trust Nat not to change her mind again; given the whole WoD, you can't blame her.
But the WoD can't all be placed on Nat's shoulders. Olivia told her HOURS before she was to marry Frank that she was in love with her. Natalia would have easily married Frank and lived a loveless and fake marriage with Frank if Olivia had just kept her mouth shut. Yes, Natalia has issues, and so does Olivia. Natalia spent ALL of that time without anybody in her life except memories of her time with Gus. I think that fake life has affected Rafe in a major way.
Nat runs first before she can be pushed away like she was pushed away by her parents when she got pregnant with Rafe. The thing is I think she will fight for what she wants JUST like she was adamant about raising Rafe and NOT putting him up for adoption. Now, even though Rafe is acting the way he is, she will not be deterred from her plan. Just like she was not deterred with Gus. She will get what she wants, and Rafe will just have to deal.
It would have been really easy for her to come home told Olivia it was over, told Frank he was the father and that they should get married. However, she told all principle people her desire. Now, everyone is not on her page...YET, but they will be. I'm not saying she's not extremely dense and gullible for thinking all would be right...total toolage moment for her; HOWEVER, once she gets her bearing, regroup, she's gonna go for it, thus the interruption of Olivia's date with Matt.
Last post, there were important revelations that no one has mentioned, 1) Frank finally sees how much Olivia loves Natalia...that affected him. 2) Rafe's issue is more about his feud with Olivia and "winning" than his mother's happiness, 3) Natalia told Rafe it wasn't about him, AND that Gus's heart saved Olivia, 4)Rafe KNOWS how his mother feels about Olivia, and he knows he can't do anything about it, so he goes to pick a fight with Olivia while she calmly yet effective pops his huge head.
Its presumptive to say that Nat would have married Frank at the WoD. She said in the GoL that she couldn't lie to her God that she loved Frank when she didn't. She already knew that Liv was in love with her (again see GoL scene); all Liv's confession did was inspire her to articulate her own feelings. That's not my point anyway. Nat's decison-making is historically erratic,(e.g) gets scared after kiss with Liv, sleeps with Frank. Liv's like, what if she 180's again? Hence more trust issues..

I thought Rage's outburst that Liv stole Gus's heart was because he still partially blamed her for Gus's death (what with him driving erratically getting her a new heart from the 5 & dime). I also thought it was because he saw Liv as now stealing his mother from him as well. This made me think that his "you're going to be alone" speech was actually him subconciously expressing his fear of being alone when Nat stops wiping his arse. But then I realised that Rage is just not that deep!

The thing I'm really pissed off is the fact that CBS is trying to sell us - under their own world-belief terms - how hard it is to become a gay woman/mom and how a GOOD LOVING PERSON AND MOM should behave / look / be like.
I simply dislike the way they rolled out the story and changed Olivias character that much in the end. It's way too much and fast for me, to addopt that. I loved her strong character. Now she's like 180° all upside down.

Frank is the god guy! He is actually one of the persons who se how much Olivia loves Nat, he even says it; you really are in love with here!! And is not the first time he sees that! It is normal that he is not to trilled to hear about Nats planes to be with Olivia and raise his child with here. frank and rafe both think olivia is selfish but, in this story they are the only people being selfish. Frank for wanting to marry nat even after he knows that he will be tied to her forever(because of the child) and Rafe for wanting to have a normal family after being denied one growing up. They both claim to love natalia but, they choose not to hear and abide by any of her wishes.

Natalia clearly sees that she has her work cut out for her, and that it is not going to be as easy as she thought to implement her "Plan". My guess would be that she is just going to give up on Rafe and Frank and not waste any more effort on them, but concentrate on getting Olivia back. And is Emma the only person in Springfield who has their act together? When she saw Nat she just got right to the heart of the matter. "Are you ok?" She has known how to handle this since day one.

I agree that if Olivia and Natalia had run into each others arms we would have to watch for 4 wks while they were torn apart (it's a soap after all..can anyone remember a relationship that survived on daytime TV without multiple interruptions?) Speaking for myself, the exasperation is coming from the rehashing of old s/l. I would like to see more movement and less churn. I am hoping that Natalia has some seriously grand gestures up her sleeves! I want to see Olivia get a happy ending.

The way I see it, we're doubling up on the WoD arc.Where Frank was an absolute unseeing, inconsiderate tool, and Liv was trying to scheme Nat into his arms, cause she thought she was doing the right thing.Nat was very malleable.Rafe very supportive.And everything was unspoken.
Now, we have the same, BUT with the truth out.
Funny how the players suddenly change appearances.Maybe we'll find some absolution for Frank and Nat in this.Nat has a backbone and Frank gets a clue.Full circle.

I guess, on the positive side, Natalia isn't thinking "Oh, now i'm pregnant i need to marry Frank" There was something in an interview that CC said about Otalia experiencing a storm before they experience happiness and so goes the cycle. So, while crossing all fingers and toes, i think that everything will be good in the end. Let's hope they treat us to a week of happiness at least!

Hmm, I think, Monday's and Tuesday's eps were the "Arias of Nats return".And Dude, did I have high expectations, and was completely blown away.Stuttering mess.
I think Wednesday's ep was more of a rezitativ, moving the plot along, setting up the stage for the next scenes.
JL said in an interview, that Natalia was only hit full force with the realization of the difficulties ahead, when she talked to Rafe.
So, I'm very excited to see how this goes in the next days.

I hope, everything will be OK for Otalia. The writers are just exploring the "a baby needs a father" thing, like they were exploring "a woman needs a loving husband" thing. By the way, the argument "I would give almost everything to have a father" from Rafe is quite a strong one. But I hope Olivia can be better than a father for Natalia's baby. Because there will be love and protection and happy family.

I really would like to to bitch slap Rafe. He is such an ignorant inmature little ass. Natalia is too calm which is kinda creeping me out and Olivia needs to find her inner bitch again and tell everyone to back the hell up. The writers of GL have taken 20 steps back with this stupid s/l that is showing now. I am still going to hope that the s/l will progress in a favorable outcome fo Natalia and Olivia but I'm not going to hold my breath, that would be asking to much.

Josh and Olivia...good acting. Frank and Natalia...bbad acting. Rafe and Natalia...somewhat better. Frank and Olivia...ackward. Rafe and Olivia...an agrument with himself.

ok, I have to comment on Natalia, the character. I think she could have done the same lame jobb as pregnant and "confident" in her decision without going away to "pray" and "think". I am not talking about Jessica's work as acctress, she very good at it. But I thought, if you have been away and really thought about things and what you want, you should be more confident. Since she left Oliviva without a word, she should have thought : what if.. Olivia is mad at me and doesn't want me back?...

I think that Frank finally realized that Olivia really does love Natalia and that SHE is the one for Nat. He is FINALLY going to be "The Good Man" that he has been hyped up to be, and convince Olivia to forgive Nat. He will also convince Rage to accept Natalia and Olivia's relationship...that my prediction.

My only defense of Rafe--selfish boy that he is,is that he was in prison during the blossoming of otalia love and as such he did'nt get to see how happy Olivia has made his mother . Also,he has'nt seen how much loving Natalia has changed Olivia for the better. Maybe if he had been present over the past year he might not have felt so shocked. Anyway,as we know ,from the past,Natalia is quietly persistent. Nothing-not Rafe-not anyone--not even the goddess herself, will keep her from her soul mate.

You could see in the gazebo confrontation yesterday that Olivia kept putting physical distance between her and Nat co she knew that she would cave if Nat touched her (she almost did before Jellybean came over). Now Olivia is using Frank as a physical obstruction to increase that distance. Its not about love, that's undeniable between the two, but its about Liv protecting herself from further hurt. She doesn't trust Nat not to change her mind again; given the whole WoD, you can't blame her.

But the WoD can't all be placed on Nat's shoulders. Olivia told her HOURS before she was to marry Frank that she was in love with her. Natalia would have easily married Frank and lived a loveless and fake marriage with Frank if Olivia had just kept her mouth shut. Yes, Natalia has issues, and so does Olivia. Natalia spent ALL of that time without anybody in her life except memories of her time with Gus. I think that fake life has affected Rafe in a major way.

Nat runs first before she can be pushed away like she was pushed away by her parents when she got pregnant with Rafe. The thing is I think she will fight for what she wants JUST like she was adamant about raising Rafe and NOT putting him up for adoption. Now, even though Rafe is acting the way he is, she will not be deterred from her plan. Just like she was not deterred with Gus. She will get what she wants, and Rafe will just have to deal.

It would have been really easy for her to come home told Olivia it was over, told Frank he was the father and that they should get married. However, she told all principle people her desire. Now, everyone is not on her page...YET, but they will be. I'm not saying she's not extremely dense and gullible for thinking all would be right...total toolage moment for her; HOWEVER, once she gets her bearing, regroup, she's gonna go for it, thus the interruption of Olivia's date with Matt.

Last post, there were important revelations that no one has mentioned, 1) Frank finally sees how much Olivia loves Natalia...that affected him. 2) Rafe's issue is more about his feud with Olivia and "winning" than his mother's happiness, 3) Natalia told Rafe it wasn't about him, AND that Gus's heart saved Olivia, 4)Rafe KNOWS how his mother feels about Olivia, and he knows he can't do anything about it, so he goes to pick a fight with Olivia while she calmly yet effective pops his huge head.

Its presumptive to say that Nat would have married Frank at the WoD. She said in the GoL that she couldn't lie to her God that she loved Frank when she didn't. She already knew that Liv was in love with her (again see GoL scene); all Liv's confession did was inspire her to articulate her own feelings. That's not my point anyway. Nat's decison-making is historically erratic,(e.g) gets scared after kiss with Liv, sleeps with Frank. Liv's like, what if she 180's again? Hence more trust issues..
