Love your videos! Can you freeze the leftover marinated bacon for future use? If so how long are they good for?

@lvla Yes: gently shake off excess marinade, and lay them out on a sheet pan (one that'll fit in your freezer) lined with parchment paper. Toss the pan in the freezer (no need to cover) for only about an hour. Then they'll be frozen enough to put in a zip top bag. If you put them in the bag without freezing them in the pan first, they'll freeze together. You can then put the frozen strips right in a hot pan with some oil, and fry them about 2-3 minutes per side and they're ready.
