this sounds like an old man and yes he has a thick ky accent. i am from ky. however i do not think hes saying anything about enemies and a gun. there was a man who worked there for many many years and ppl say u can still see him outside on the grounds. could it be him? maybe. could it be a pychiactric patiant possibly. to me it sound like hes saying no its empty bring it back

I am 54 years old and have lived in Ky. most of my life and have experence a lot of unexplain things and still do.. Imay be wrong ,but you evp sounds like LOR(LORD) THE ENEMIES,BRING ME A GUN .. you are in their timeand space as they see it and you are the stranger, plus you are in KY. and the old man seems to have a strong Ky. slang and very protected of his surroundings, like people in that time period did...
