  • FACEPALM* Oh. My. gawd!!! Could these people be ANY MORE PATHETIC??? Is this some sort of parody? As I watched this exercise in self-humilitation and slow murder of the human spirit, I kept going back and forth between fits of laughter and wanting to burst out in tears. There was so much industrial grade FAIL in this video, I could write an entire series of essays on this.

  • Its funny how all these fruit cakes are the definition of what is wrong with America. A bunch of lazy people who contribute virtually nothing to society other than some whining and complaining.

  • I actually joined these guys for a bit as a representative of the Tea Party.

I came in saying "Hell yes, let's have a discussion. We may disagree on some things but we can atleast come to some decision there we don't both lose."

I was met with "TEA PARTY GTFO! YOU RACIST HATEMONGER VIOLENT PEOPLE!"

I stood ground and some decent people showed up, but the most vocal ones were the ones described above.

I've since left them alone. I was civil the entire time. Got hardly any civility back.

  • @sabata2

Ironic, eh? The "Coffee Party" talks about being "civil," yet they act anything but.

Plus, I never understood the "Coffee Party" except that it's a group that was opposed to the "Tea Party."

The "Tea Party" started from a legitimate concern that people were being ignored and ridiculed by those who were supposed to represent them.

The "Coffee Party" seemed to want to maintain the status quo. Status quo is no motivation for a protest. If it were, then Mubarak would still be in power.

  • @Watcher3223 The Coffee Party is a code name for the whitewashed ISO. The problem is that, since so many of them are hard-core Trotskyites, any dissent is inevitably met with aggressive personal abuse and even violent assault.

I've dealt with such characters on college campuses for decades now. All they care about is pushing their own ideology and agenda. All they want from you is obedience and power. Most are self-centered hypocrites who can lie without a shred of conscience.

  • @DrCruel

That's sad, especially in areas of higher learning where it was supposed to be about the exploration of new ideas, including those that would rock the boat. That runs counter to the dilemma you've outlined, almost as if the collectivist ideal was discovered in higher learning like the opening of Pandora's Box

And, I'll close by saying that I drink coffee for breakfast.

  • "I actually wanna keep it generic."

That's kinda sad. 3:54 for context.

  • no matter what anyone says its far more pleasant than any tea party PERIOD

  • lol Just lol. No, wait, more like LOL . These people are just sitting there like they are waiting to be told what to think and what they are going to do next. It reminds me of One Flew Over The Coo Coos Nest.

  • Dude, pick a place where people like you live, elect the judges, write the laws and keep your ass planted. How hard is that?

  • I think they've taken 'Grass Roots' to mean something you get together to smoke...

  • "Income security for all," what in the hell is that? You're asking for communism? Is that guy serious? Someone please tell me I didn't just hear that. Wha the hell is income security. You work, sometimes you get laid off, and you get another job. That's life. I've been laid off three times, each time, I'm better prepared. That's life... I don't need someone to hold my hand. You people make me sick?! Can't believe I heard that. An here I'm the one with the VW Bus...

  • So they're voting as a collective on what they believe? Way to be an independent thinker there.

  • Hi, im Steve and im an obomaholic....

  • They got drunk of the Oboma campaign....And now need help to cope with it....

  • Yeah...we should all just relax and calm down while the government bankrupts us

  • Looks like an AA meeting.

  • @netster007z Actually, an AA meeting actually has an honest purpose... I'd say this is more of a lost cause.

  • More like the Kool-aid party.

  • Wow, nice peek inside!

  • Just like the Liberal media missed the real point of the Tea Party movement and only pointed out its fringe racist, fearful base, this video is only pointing out the more leftist ideals of the Coffee Party. The philosophy of this party is to get past political affiliations, to go beyond separatism and obstructionism, and look for solutions to problems based on the effectiveness on the solutions, not on which political movement proposed them.

  • I see a Comity, of self important Folks that support The Liberal agenda...

    or no?

The coffee part should be made of Cowboys, they were white, black, and brown.

Some even french, I know it's true.

  • "Collective consciousness" translation: If you don't think exactly like me then you are an ignorant racist.

  • There were more cameramen than Coffee Partiers.

  • Man, those coffee party people have no independent thought what so ever!

  • .... and they are correct, can be backed up with evidence, it isn't dialogue from your side, it is opressive propaganda!

  • Oh and not to mention, mandated health insurance for all, thats not socialist? The failure to let the free market be free? instead you play bail out program for anyone willing to play, creating a false socialistic market!

  • PS

You might as well start blocking comments now, just like the top coffee party video did yesterday. Comments are only going to give you headaches, and give you extra work to do...

    Again, liberals true characters show.

  • This administration, ran on centerist ideas. After it gained power, now it is the leftist gov america has ever had, get over it! You lot are sooooo left, no-one likes you! Only progressives, you have no democratic support! You lot are gone, and you won't be missed.

The tea party is wayyyyyyy more center than this stale coffee, and if you don't like that fact, "we don't care!"

  • Seems to me, majority "we the people" only applies when you are included? Errrrpppp sorry, we all have to live with the fact, we are not always in the majority, nor is the majority always right, live with it...

I didn't hear one good idea out of the whole shizim, only vague talking points, that play on emotion, rather than logic. I shouldnt even be wasting my time right now... zzz... This coffee balogni is awefull... Just like my spelling...

  • We already have the ability you claim to give anyhow, contact your local representitive, or e-mail, or send a letter. Think for yourself and let it be heard. There be town hall meetings, bla bla bla... If you are all so democratic, then obvisouly most people prefer the tea partys philosophy over this coffee brainstorm session, of a kinder-garden environment... Lmfao...

  • Pffffftttttttt...

    hhababaaabababsbsbbssaaaaaaaaaa

    aahabsbsbsbsbsbsbababababab omg...

    Omfg... This is hilarious!

What a fake left wing controlled, liberal agenda scam... Wow, Now we all see how dire the liberals situation is, how low they will stoop. Wow... I can't even believe this is happening in america, keep us posted. This is very revealing to the open mind... Omfg this is depressing... I'll post this around for you fo sho...

  • lol that was such a fail

  • The Coffee Part is a PR group. They want to look good in pictures and TV. I think all of them are full of shit.

  • What works out well for the coffee party is if they offer free coffee and doughnut handouts, just the right kind of people show up...

  • When I heard of this "Coffee Party" thing I instantly got on the internet and search for any near my area, fortunately and unfortunately they are few and far between. It would be unbelievably easy to throw a meeting full of people like this off-track. And I do not mean in a rude way; It would be extremely easy to thoughtfully guide these discussions even if you were one against all.

  • This isn't "group therapy". This is "brainstorming". This is about "what is important in government to you as an individual". Sorry you don't get it, but thanks for the video, I'm going to join.

  • @1Onionpeeler; Hardly. It seems like kind of a weak idea. An entire group dedicated to just "civil debate"?

That's like making a "No Cussing Club": it's a nice idea, but what exactly is the real point? Something with no clear purpose seems like it could easily just be hijacked by the Democrat agenda, as we see in this video.

  • what they need is a national news organization, organizing , promoting and supporting them.

  • Just a bunch of refugees from a Peter Paul and Mary concert. Just the detritus from Ann Arbor and Berkeley.

  • Total dumbass Obama Zombies

  • A bunch of liberals enforcing their selfish selfcentered agenda Backed by a ideology writen by the likes of comnists and arnicas such as ayrs soros linsky And their kenyan corpoatist with marxist leaning obongo1

  • Yes the "coffee party" does need therapy, Badly

  • Comment removed

  • coffee party just wants mob rule, no where in their mission statement did I see the words "constitution" or "republic"

  • Obama is black spot on the rich white people ass is sell out and fucking lier

drink some of this in this video the dealership CEO is on his auto task force

that allow salesman to assault women and children infront of ( GM ) DEALERSHIP

SEE ( WHEN CAR DEALERS ATTACK ) OR ( NISSANGATE )

  • Great job! It's strange that they let you videotape the whole meeting like that. I guess none of them have ever visited any of your videos on YouTube, or they would have recognized you.

  • ^_^ this gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. Makes me believe that Ron Paul could win. :D

  • Oh my god this is some funny s---t..im going to save it on my favs..for when I need a laugh..If I were them I would be so embrassed......

  • Hey, good work in making this film, by the way.

  • Attention Coffee Party, America is a Democratic Republic. It is how we avoid mob rule.

  • @Thisisnotmyrealname8 Well according to the Texas Board of Education history curriculum change we are a "constitutional republic"....I don't agree with that but how is voting 25 times every 100 years at all democratic? This country is ruled by the elites and we are given the illusion that we have a say in the process

  • @emery4848 Its democratic because we can vote. The president isnt the only person who can change how the country works. Senatorial elections are held every two years as are Congressional elections. Not to mention local elections. If we voted for a new president every year, nothing would ever be accomplished. Obama's stimulus package and healthcare bill (both ridiculous) were passed after he was in office over a year. Term limits ensure we stay a democracy. We control the country.

  • @Thisisnotmyrealname8 America is a Constittutional Republic.

  • @Thisisnotmyrealname8 America is a Constittutional Republic.

  • @jimmyco1 Okay, you're right.

  • @Thisisnotmyrealname8 It's that Damn 16 & 17 Amendment that is stopping this Republic from being a Republic

  • This is as organic as formica!

  • ACORN 2.0

  • Ah, the coffee party has so many demands of Obama he's going to go run and hide instead of running for president next election. Yea, coffee party - the party of give me, give me, give me and make sure others pay for it.

  • @HereAtTheDudeRanch sure, faggot. Nice fake account too. So you do block people that challenge your bullshit, like all the rumors say.

So all you really care about is your republican agenda and don't give a shit about freedom or any of the garbage the teabaggers say they stand for. if you did you'd be cheering these people on for breaking away from the 2 party system, just like your teabagging republican voting friends.

Please block this user too. Don't make me wait, fag!!

  • @MrHuckleberry12 You're acting like a homophobe, insulting HereAtTheDudeRanch and calling him names... isn't that what republicans are supposed to do, according to people like you? Insults are a great way to avoid answering important and relevant questions, btw.

  • Wow....that was painful to watch. It was like watching a group of children trying to talk about things that are way above and beyond their ability to understand. And I agree with another comment-I think they need to switch to caffeinated. Come on, guys. Why not take a leap of faith and come over to the good side? We are a lot more fun and most of us actually know a little bit about what's going on in our beloved country. Oh, by the way. We're not a democracy-we're a REPUBLIC.

  • haha. Wow talk about someone hoping for something worse than yelling at hitler signs, finding people discussing things calmly about ISSUES they could put on signs, finding nothing, and then trying their best to make the party sound bad. What a delusion.

  • When the last embers of Liberty and traditional American values are squelched by the wet clay of social liberalism, the purveyors of such policy will find themselves in a cage of their own folly as their Masters turn the gaze of Tyranny upon them.

  • This is how I would describe the people in this video. Dumb, dull, dreadful, disheartening, despairing, despondent, desperate, disenchanting, disconcerting and lastly, disturbing! I see a bunch of pretentious, punctilious, pusillanimous, poorly organized wannabes!

  • "Alternative to the Tea Party?? UH NO THANKS! I rather be a CONSERVATIVE AMERICAN-TEA BAGGER...Obama wants it HIS WAY or sticks his ARROGANT/ Elitist NOSE and Chin UP in the air...and tells American's [who disagree] to hit the Highway...He needs to use those EARS of his to START LISTENING TO THE MAJORITY of the PEOPLE!

  • Someone needs to post a link to the TEA PARTY group in their area/town...and let [SOME of] them have the ALTERNATIVE to join the TEA PARTY GROUP ! As many of these folks look like they might have ended up in the wrong place....attend a Tea Party group and SEE the difference...WE NEED TO UNITE -Stand TOGETHER/ Talk About Changes · Be Resourceful as Americans -RECLAIMING AMERICA...then RESTORE her back to her CONSTITUTIONAL VALUES!!

  • These people are idiots...what useful idiots as Stalin called them. What a bunch of activity and no action. Just like their obama.

  • Sheep

  • Civil discourse is super lame.

  • Hey everyone! ISSUE #1 at our next meeting will be: Should Annabel Park be replaced as the Leader of our party. ISSUE #2: Henceforth, we'll be known as the COMMIE PARTY (Sponsored by Obama). And our only real platform issue is to support Obama. Thanks....

  • The coffee party group was just an attempt by the Obama régime members to distract from the T-party popularity!

  • tea baggers= radicals=a rascist malitia

  • @Capitalist09 oh yes indeed, you all are SO dredfully cavalier. Just a bunch of arm chair quarter backs, Get involved with the system and try to make it a better one. instead of wasting some much time bitching about it.

  • that susan roskind is a piece of garbage

  • you got balls howtheworldworks... my temper wouldn't allow me to be at no coffee party with all those progressives

  • HAhA, I love it. The Coffee Party Movement has only been around a few short weeks and people are already attacking its supporters on a personal basis. Personal enough to pull up an individuals twitter account. Hmmm, sounds a little "big brother"ish.

    Tea Party: Anger+Fear="Patriotism"

    Coffee Party: Civility+Empathy= Civic duty.

Two sides of the same coin. Cant have one without the other.

  • Spot on analysis. I smell ACORN reincarnate.

  • This is very obvious that you started this with a bias, and are trying to put this movement down. I really hope you understand some day that the right wing of American Politics is designed to keep the rich rich and the poor poor, on a global level. This right wing is what created the Tea Party Movement, and threw a lot of money and support into it.

  • 2 Observations:

    1) The meeting leader looks like an ACORN office manager.

    2) Voting on Coffee Party Policy Priorities:... 5:34 - 'Support the President' defeats the 'Economy' ...what if Bush were President?

This pretty much defines the Coffee Party.

I guess we now know what the Coffee Party stands for.

  • No Socialism/Communism is a group of people advancing a common good

  • "If these are the people who have defeated us, the fault is solely ours." -Hank Rearden in Atlas Shrugged (paraphrased).

  • These folks love to yell at people but get all upset when the people they demonize start yelling back.

  • "Woman: Our goal is to restore democracy in America.

    Question: Aren't we a Republic?"

the utter stupidity of your talking points baffles me.

  • I've never even heard of the Coffe Party, what the hell is this guy talking about?

  • I really find the verbal virtuosity of the left to be entertaining.

  • Great video. Thank you!

  • The narrator is so smart..... lol

  • It was painful watching this. It reminded me of totally clueless people trying their best to manage a situation from a textbook rather than from real world experience.

The founder of the Coffee Party" saw dollar signs, nothing more. She was looking for a way to imitate another's creation and capitalize on it.

  • "Success"? How's the health care blockade going?

  • Not to well. The bill passed by a few votes. (Yet somehow the White House and their media employees are calling it a "mandate").

    November will be fun.

  • lee, you're assumptions show, clearly, your weakness & fear towards this matter. You're labeling of this as a "therapy session" and your extremely weak argument using the participants twitter are transparent. You're all for the teabaggers protesting violently and using racial epithets because you know it is ultimately the republicans who will get those votes. If a coffee house discussion starts for the left, however, you immediately throw childish defensive tactics at it. you're all garbage lee

  • Protesting violently like the Wisconsin Unions? BTW where is your evidence of the TPM using racial epithets? I'm black BTW.

  • After watching this video and listening to the comment of the narrator it has become clear to me that some in DC and the minority that support them are afraid of this movement. Gee I wonder why? It also shows the some old crap we the People are getting sick of. Dont engage in conversation for the good of the people, just tear it down, and make it look bad so we can keep the Government the way it is. Work for big business and special interests instead of the people.

  • Why sould the Coffe Party be civil? Look at the tea party, the only thing missing is the white sheets and the burning crosses. Sarah palin would be a great grand wizard.

  • What ever happened to centralism? Am I the only one left?

  • Excellent, excellent work.

Between you, Jason, Hanna, and James, some real work is being done.... but we need more.

    Great vid!!!

  • these people are pretty sedate for a "coffee party" .lol "I want to keep it generic" lol vague and ambiguous" as to avoid being pined down and held accountable on anything specific.. what a weasel. "supporting the president" arm held half way up and limp like they were being asked to volunteer for jury duty..lol what patriots!! lol Their sign ideas are whacked!! what's in their coffee? ... Great vid thanks!!

  • so a bunch of people get together and spout a bunch of rhetoric and it's ok when republicans do it (you came with glee over the tea party) but apparently it's not ok when the dems do it. leave it alone, they'll probably accomplish as much as the tea party (fuck all) but at least I won't constantly be hearing about it.

  • Yes, if you watch the lame stream media you WILL be constantly hearing about the so called "grass roots" coffee party. Three people show up and it will be reported. CNN is already talking about the "10s of thousands" (yeah, right) when they completely ignored one million people at the capital tea party march. In Washington state 10s of thousands of pro-life supporters filled a stadium, a handful (less than 100) showed up to taunt them. Guess who the media reported on?

  • therealcoffeeparty . com

    not this therapy group

  • lol these people are all flakes!

  • Lol, Looks more like an AA meeting than anything else.

  • People who have finally seen a thing that here to fore they have only imagined can tell you it's nothing like they thought it would be. These people have finally seen finally 'seen' the thing. Sucks, don't it : )

  • After the blood stopped shooting out of my eyeballs I thought this was pretty hilarious.

These are the obnoxious idiots who go Italian restaurants and order off the menu in a fake accent because they think it makes them look more cultured.

  • BAAAAH......BAAAAHH.......BAAAAH....sayeth the sheep. If only you pitiful people were as enlightened as you think yourselves to be. In your defense, you are the products of a failed educational system that becomes worse with each new generation.

  • interesting video, thanks

  • Support the President defeats the economy 12-11....Blind leading the Blind!

  • Lets see if these parties are a huge success like air america was? Oh wait......... another flop

  • What the hell was that? I've seen more enthusiasm at an insurance seminar.

  • Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama Buck Ofama

  • @SHMUJEW, Conservatives fail humor.

  • if the health bill goes through the coffee movement have one all that protesting for a year for nothing

  • There people are a fucking joke. They should go choke on some starbucks

  • i wouldn't knock this. people getting involved is not a bad thing. you didn't see any SEIU shirts so these were people actually concerned. i would probably disagree with just about every method they would use but could find common ground with the intention. their desire for health care reform falls into line with my idea that things need to change so that a bad accident doesn't put people in the poor house or wreck them financially for years. the present recommended marxist solution is not it.

  • Park should stick to making videos of the dog beatings in S korea with baseball bats for human consumption, Coffee party what a joke, she was Obamas right hand in making videos for his campaign, real grassroots starts with boycotting everything!! more like KIMCHI PATYY

  • i love how these people are like" oh there are alot of people with their hands raised" and then they raise their hands. its pathetic

  • If this was a "Coffee Party" then you would think they would be all jittery, hooping and hollering for the Obamanista agenda.

Look at them, they look like a bunch of zombies.

"Coffee Party," HA!!! maybe they need to stop drinking decaf.

  • "Collective consciousness?" That dude supports the Borg?

  • losers

  • I totally didn't realize...all these years I heard about people going to "therapy"...they just meant kindergarten for adults.

  • looks like hes forgeting about fox news

  • 1)I'm not nor are about 99% of liberals out there promoting socialism. 2) That is not a fact that is an opinion. I agree with your opinion but it is an opinion none the less.

  • LOL myangels7. Except in an AA meeting they have speakers that tell their stories and how they have been overcoming their alcoholism and dealing with the problems that come with it.

    This meeting has no solution.

Tea party is developing Goooh, they are voicing their stand on issues, and they are traveling across USA again to campaign.

    There's more too, but that's a secret.

  • Wow this is super lame. They are as wet as an English summer. The main emotional pull is very much the disappointment and disillusionment, & a feeling of helplessness. The tea parties driving force was visceral anger and a can do attitude. No contest.

Also if this is how they organise a supposedly 'spontaneous' protest movement. Think what it must be like when they get into government.

  • pathetic. meetings and sessions to make signs?

did they hand out prozac on the way in or the way out?

  • Very well done!

  • how can people be this gullible?

  • Looks like an AA meeting..."Hello, my name is Zombie Liberal and I am an obamaholic"....LMAO

  • @myangels7 thats funny!!!

  • i was there stop making shit up and who in the hell ask for tea in the morning trying to wake dumfuck

  • We should have sent members of congress to this. They're teaching them how to write. Maybe congress would have learned to read some, too. This looks like a first grade class.

I remember in 1st grade how we learned how to make posters too. ;)

  • I have never seen a group of people that think they know so much, when they actually know very little about what makes a country free. These people either know nothing of liberty or hate it. What a waste. You have more patients than I to sit through that BS. Thank you Lee for doing th dirty work.

  • what is that people dont understand about LEFT / STATIST RULES??? do you LEFT people WANT to be slaves???

  • @USAGymnast when not hijacked by progressive fascism ... which leads to socialism. what is that people dont understand about LEFT / STATIST RULES??? do you LEFT people WANT to be slaves???

  • Since they call us tea-baggers, what should we call them?

    I was thinking:

    Coffee-beaners?

    Latte Liberals?

    Drips?

    What do you think?

  • Latte Liberals

  • How about, the Mocha Morons ?

  • actually I just thought of "coffee communists". lol

  • @jdmac4

    Coffee Grounds.

  • Bickering and other parties aside, THIS group is pathetic. "I'm here for collective consciousness"?? HAHA! These are the "let's just talk with the terrorist's....they just want to talk" kind of people. End of this vid is correct. These armchair critics will never go anywhere. What a bunch of bleeding hearts and new age liberal freaks.

  • thats funny I was thinking the same thing, while watching this vid; I thought to my self why the hell are they voting on signs? Can't they just do their own thing??? then I realized they have a collective mind set, and are incapable of thinking for them selves. Just a side note, let's not "restore" democracy, how about we teach these idiots what democracy really means i.e. three wolves and two sheep taking a vote on what to eat.

  • I like to call them coffee cakes lol...

  • The short of it. We can't even afford food stamps. :-p

  • I bet CNN reporters won't be harassing the Coffee party. MSNBC will use this group to try show Obama's vision is still popular. The ever racial Chris Matthews will say something along the lines of "look there are colored people in this group, as opposed to those racist teabaggers who are all white!" The liberal media will do its best to popularize this movement. & you know what? They will fail. The tea party has grown too strong. And the last clip sums it all up.

  • @dazednconfused88 Yeah, the tea party is out strong today. I wonder why Fox news has not shown Lee's vid. They should. They've shown him before. I tried to send this to them.

  • Comment removed

  • We can't afford the healthcare bill as much as I'd like to. If you run the correlation analysis of increased government subsidies to the tune of 60% of the healthcare you'd see that the rise in prices is due to the increased government subsidy spending. It would break under it's own weight. It's simply supply and demand. The government demands more healthcare and the costs go up, thereby affording less and less marginal benefit. The healthcare bill is all wrong. AndI'm sorry. It just is.

  • For arguments sake, which facts are those?

  • @jesseb137 Ugh. They won't let me post the links so here goes. 1 Trill in debt was today from MSNBC. NY TIMES Mining data from the National Health Expenditures Accounts public expenditures on health care — Medicare, Medicaid, military health care and federal employee benefits — accounted for $888 billion of the $1.96 trillion spent on health care in 2004. Adding in the aforementioned subsidies, and premiums paid for public-sector employees, the total comes to $1.2 trillion, or 61 percent

  • What is your point? You want to get rid of Medicare, Medicaid, military health care and federal employee benefits? See how that flies with the American people.

  • @jesseb137 From Obama himself. Whitehouse.gove. FY 2009 1.413 Trillion deficit; more than I quoted; Sorry bout that. RY 2010 1.556 trillion, a bit less than I quoted. All-in-all 1.969 vs my ~1.9. Again sorry.

  • The only problem with that logic is that the last 8 years have seen more deficit spending than any time in history. Where were you then?

  • Umm... Idk about you, but I was 11 years old when Bush was elected... and I was 15 when he was re-elected...

I only got into politics around age 16, and only about two years ago did I become strongly conservative... But believe me; I would've been against the wasteful spending that went on during the Bush years...

But that was then and this is now... Two wrongs do not make a right, and this massive deficit spending is definitely not right...

  • @jesseb137 I was there, and I criticized it as a conservative. However, I am also here under Obama. And he is projected to spend 150% more than Bush. It took Bush 5 years to spend this much. Two wrongs don't make a right. Just because Bush did something bad, doesn't mean the Dems are invincible to criticism for doing the same crap.

  • @jesseb137 & speaking of logic, yours is a typical liberal argument, bait and switch. Instead of debating substance, you pull the Bush card and try to see if people take the bait.

  • Deficit spendingin a recession is ok according to most economists. We needed to get the economy healthy which includes fixing healthcare. Government spending helps an ailing economy, look at what FDR did during the great depression
