you should start smithing skill its really good cause once its 100 you can improve almost anything to legendary (some stuff cant be improved to legendary such as mehrunes razor)

@Alcapwn4 you can if you acrue enough smithing bonuses from armor. i watched my friend, wearing an armor set that gave him 300% smithing bonus, improve a sword to legendary, but with beter stats than it would have been without the bonus, and i'm assuming that it should work on mehrunes razor.

@Alcapwn4 he found a bunch of things. most of them were part of a leather set of armor called leather___ of major smithing, and he disenchanted one of them and then enchanted other stuff. so now he has a full armor set and a full jewelery set. it takes a while to find the items, and you need a high enchanting skill.
